Hey, I picked up a copy of the Live at the Budokan. I believe that this concert in Japan was recorded in 2000. The band wears white in this concert, which took some getting used to since they are usually wearing black t-shirts. Unfortunately, I haven't had much of a chance to watch it, but I'll let you know what I think after I do.

An even bigger difference about this DVD is the fact that it's just a three-piece band performing. It's only Bryan, Keith and Mickey. I think I like the larger 5-piece band better personally. However, there are some great guitar duets with Bryan and Keith and also some amazing solos by both Keith and Bryan. I need to listen to this with headphones, so I can tell you more about the sound. The first two times I watched it, I had the wiring sending the sound through the TV speakers and this meant that I wasn't hearing it under the best conditions. He sings "When You're Gone" with a young woman from Tokyo. I think it's hilarious how he sings "If Ya Wanna Be Bad" imitating a woman's voice! "(Everything I Do) I Do It For You" is done entirely with Bryan solo on guitar. The band has fun during this concert!
Here's the setlist for Live At The Budokan:
01. How Do Ya Feel Tonight 02. Back To You 03. 18 Til I Die 04. Can't Stop This Thing We Started 05. Summer Of '69 06. It's Only Love 07. (Everything I Do) I Do It For You 08. Getaway 09. Cuts Like A Knife 10. When You're Gone 11. Have You Ever Really Loved A Woman? 12. Into The Fire 13. Remember 14. I'm Ready 15. Heaven 16. 'Blues Jam': If Ya Wanna Be Bad - You Gotta Be Good/Let's Make A Night To Remember 17. The Only Thing That Looks Good On Me Is You 18. Cloud Number Nine 19. Somebody 20. Run To You 21. Please Forgive Me 22. The Best Of Me
Bonus (Additional Tracks): 01. Fits Ya Good 02. I Don't Wanna Live Forever 03. Before The Night Is Over 04. Still Beautiful To Me

I watched this again recently and it's interesting because Bryan takes over bass guitar during the concert. I just watched bonus tracks for the first time and they are great. The more I listen to this, the more I am liking it. It's very cool how on "18 Til I Die," right before the guitar solo, Bryan and Keith both jump together off of a ledge to a lower platform and start the guitar instrumental. It's a lot of fun! ;D

Oh, would love to see that! They sell it here,too...I guess one day I'm gonna buy it, not at the moment, hehehe. But I know about the "three piece band", hehehe, they played in this compbinatikon also in "Live at Slane Castle". It took me a while to get used to the sound of bryan's songs with only drums, guitar and bass...but the more I listened to it, the more I was even impressed howgood the sound was for only a three-members-band hihihi. Does this DVD also have those funny camera operations?
