So far so good was my first album of Bryan Adams, too. I remember that my dad had it. And when I was having a cold....I was in 6th grade, I just had a look at aaaall of his cds and there I found "So far so good". I remembered Bryan Adams from the radio. They played "Everything i do" rather often, so I decided to just listen to this album. And I was like wow! The songs I liked most at first were "Summer of '69" "Straight from the heart" and "Please forgive me". Later when I listened to the CD more often I also fell in love with "Only love" and especially "Run to you". That song "Run to you" just rocked! And I just took my guitar (I wasn't able to play the solos and so on that well at that time) and decided to play "Beeing Bryan Adams" and danced around infront of a mirror pretending to be Bryan Adams and rocking the house!!! hahaha. The most embarrassing thing was when my parents came to my room without me niticing it, and they saw me jumping around and singing playback! hahaha. But this album was my first one. Later I discovered that my dad had "18 til I die", too. So I also "stole" this album and made it mine! hahahaha. That was the beginning! And now guess what was going on in my room when I got "LiveLiveLive" for Christmas? WITH AN ORIGINAL AUDIENCE SCREAMÌNG AND YELLING INFRONT OF YOU!!! Playing Bryan was much easier then hahahahahaha. ;D but psssssst....don't tell anybody ;D

The most embarrassing thing was when my parents came to my room without me noticing it, and they saw me jumping around and singing playback! hahaha. but psssssst....don't tell anybody ;D AWWWW!! Aha! That is so cute and funny about the dancing in front of the mirror... and also your parents! It is the first cd I ever bought... I was 13 then Here it is, the first post on this great album! That's funny, because So Far, So Good was also the first Bryan Adams CD that I bought! I always like his music when I heard it on the radio. I did think he looked a little creepy on the videos during his "non-washing-of-the-hair Don Juan de Marco ballad stage." But I remember "Straight From The Heart" when it was first being played on the radio in the early 1980's. So in 1997 when I came across a used copy of it, I bought it, but honestly I didn't listen to it very much or, if I did, I would skip a lot of songs. That all changed this year when I met a certain corr-azy BAD fan who dances in front of mirrors ;D and I bought and listened to MTV Unplugged CD and the rest is history. Now I have met yet another great BAD fan who really "rox," who plays guitar and writes good songs. So I am very happy to have had a chance to fully appreciate Bryan Adams AND his great band.

I am not glad, I am totally happy and YAY about it..... I loved it. I remember when I bought my first portable cd player, it was the first cd I took with me in it.... Ok, I did also bring some Roxette cd's with me, seeing I was (am) a big Roxette geek and all... But BA was always there with me too!!!
