Here's Bryan Adams on June 3, 2002 performing "Everything I Do (I Do It For You)" with a broken right hand in a cast (motorcycle accident). The concert was the celebration of the 50th Year of Queen Elizabeth II.

ohhhh, I saw this!!! It was broadcast on TV here in Germany, but i was really mad at the studpid German moderators who just couldn't stop talking while he was singing!!! TERRIBLE! But his performance was awesome!!!
